I’m Erin... the Fox behind Foxtails. 🦊
Back in 2020, I lost my job, found myself quarantined, and suddenly had a lot of time to think. With so much uncertainty surrounding the hospitality industry, I decided to stop waiting for what came next and create something of my own.
With the help of my incredible family and friends, Foxtails was born.
And then there’s Suzy. She’s a 1960 Airstream that was lovingly brought back to life by the amazing team at @pandstrailerservice. We had a vision, and they turned it into something even better than I could have imagined.
This is our sixth summer rolling to weddings, celebrations, parties, and I still can’t believe this little dream became my reality.
Well it’s nice to meet you all! You can find me being the quiet one behind the scenes—serving drinks, tearing up during your vows, and making sure your day feels effortless
